Brazilian agate has been a staple of the lapidary community for many decades.  It comes in a variety of forms, the most common  being a banded fortification, as well as a wide variety of colors, which adds to its universal appeal to the collector.

Dimensions: 8" x 4" and is approximately 7 mm thick.  Weight = 254 grams.
