Caressite is a highly valued, premium jasper from Oregon that is quite similar to Morrisonite and the deposit is located in the same general proximity.  Known for its widely varied patterns and colors displayed in unique "hectic" patterns, it makes superb display pieces or valuable finished cabochons.

Dimensions: 3" x 2.5" and approximately 7.1 mm thick .  Weight = 69 grams.
