Dead Camel Jasper Rock Slab 2
Dead Camel jasper from Nevada is a relative newcomer to the lapidary scene, but it has rapidly grown to be one of the current favorites. It's a very hard jasper, with busy, brecciated patterns in a mix of pink, yellow and blue. Excellent material to work with, it take a very glossy polish and makes one of a kind cabs. This particular color combination is referred to as "chocolate chip mint".
Origin: Nevada
Dimensions: 2.5" x 1.5" and approximately 6.5 mm thick on the top tapering to 4.3 on the bottom. Weight = 24 grams.
