This spectacular orbed material is aptly named Galaxy Rhyolite as the cristobalite eyes starkly resemble stars and planets.  It comes from a new dig in Mexico and is a surprisingly hard material for a rhyolite and is relatively fracture free. You can have fun with this one!!

Origin:  Mexico

Dimensions: 4.25" x 2" and approximately 6.9 mm thick.  Weight = 80 grams.
