Sierra Sunset Jasper Slab 381

Sierra Sunset is a small deposit of new jasper out of Sierra County New Mexico. It is a very hard material and takes a good polish. The colors and patterns vary greatly; some are bold with deep orange, gold, red and purple while others are beautiful displays of soft pastel pinks and purple. Sierra Sunset provides a wide array of exciting cabbing material.

Origin: New Mexico

Dimensions: 5" x 3" and is approximately 7.1 mm thick. Weight = 170 grams.

Not polished. Shown wet.  Known flaws are shown as white lines in the final picture frame
