Botswana agate has been a perennial favorite of the lapidary artist for many years. These small nodules from Africa are famous for their tight, high contrast fortification banding with shades of blue/black and occasionally pinks and purples and some unique pastel colors. They make exceptional jewelry pieces and exquisite shelf specimens.

Origin:  Africa

Dimensions:  2.5" x 2" and is approximately 11 mm thick, however the back is uneven. The shallowest part is 9.7 mm and has more than enough thickness to cut a beautiful cab. Weight = 66 grams.
