Burro Creek Agate Rock Slab 82

Noted for its lavender and violet hues displayed in a wide variety of patterns, Arizona Burro Creek agate is a versatile lapidary material.  It is found in the desert of northwestern Arizona near the Bagdad Mine. It takes a good polish leaving a warm luster that makes beautiful cabochons. 

 Origin:  Arizona

Dimensions: 2.25" x 2" and approximately 6.1 mm thick.  Weight = 42 grams. 

Shown wet.  Not polished. No known flaws.
