Colonia Enrique

Sagenite, or more accurately, sagenitic agate is any agate having acicular or needle-like mineral growths, often rutile, goethite or marcasite. These hair-like filaments are often arranged in fans or sunbursts within the agate. This Mexican material is old stock and has fantastic displays of gold or purple needles.
