Fantasy jasper from Aguas Callientes, Mexico has the characteristic hardness and finish of a porcelain jasper.  The varied patterns in shades of red/maroon/gold swirled in a gray background  make interesting cabochons that will take a high polish. 

Origin:  Mexico

Dimensions:  3.75" x 2.5" and approximately 6 mm thick.  Weight = 65 grams.
