We first ran into this material at the Prineville Rock show this summer and were immediately fascinated with it.  The unique pink, yellow and burgundy picture jasper from Morocco has very distinct patterns and markings that can be captured to make striking jewelry sets.  Each slab also has been lightly polished so it can stand on its own as a display piece. 

Origin:  Morocco

Dimensions:  4.5" x 2 and approximately 9.3 mm thick on the left tapering to 5.3 on the right.  Weight = 115 grams.
