Palm Root/Maggot Agate 01
A unique material both in pattern and name, Indonesian Palm Root as it is commonly called, is fossilized masses of Caddis Fly larvae tubes - hence the alternate name “maggot agate”. The patterns are bold and colorful which will make distinctive cabs or a great collectors piece.
Dimensions: 4" x 3" and approximately 8.2 mm thick. Weight = 164 grams.
