Polish Flint

Polish Flint is hard, sedimentary quartz gemstone, a member of the chalcedony family, that dates back to the Jurassic period in Poland. It was used to make to early tools like axes, knives, arrowheads. Its’ earthy dark-grey and deep brown colors showcase bold, concentric and picturesque patterns that were laid down during formation. It has a glassy appearance with a Mohs Scale hardness of 6.5 - 7, so it takes a fantastic polish.
