Inca agate is a relatively new and exciting material from Peru which contains some very unusual colors.  Although the nodules tend to be quite small, the size is more than offset by the beautiful colors which tend to lean towards the pinks, cherry reds and peach.  The bright fortification patterns make superb small cabs and brilliant display pieces.  It is a very nice material to add to one’s collection.
