Picasso Stone Rock Slab 56
Picasso Stone from Utah is famous for its striking pattern of gray/brown random "brush strokes" that make it look similar to the artwork of Picasso. This unique look was created when molten igneous material was forced through the cracks in limestone. Actually, considered to be marble, it is softer than agate/jasper but still makes excellent cabbing stock.
Origin: Utah
Dimensions: 5" x 2" and approximately 5.6 mm thick. Weight = 78 grams.
Shown wet. Not polished. Flaws are shown as white lines in the final picture frame.
