Stony Creek Rock Slab 02
Stony Creek Jasper from the Stone Canyon area in California, is very similar to and often confused with Stone Canyon, creates a softer more dendritic appearance than the highly brecciated Stone Canyon Jasper. It was found in 2016 in California's North Fork Stony Creek where the creek flows into Black Butte Lake. This japer/agate combines the best of the two with contrasting brecciated patterns of soft billowing colors dispersed throughout.
